1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Standard Shipping: free on all U.S. orders, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: optional paid express service may appear at checkout if available.

Delivery estimates for Alaska and Hawaii may be longer, but U.S. Standard Shipping remains free when available at checkout.

4. Tracking

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once an order leaves the ship-from location. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.

5. Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact support before reshipment is arranged.

Office Accessories — Packaging and Handling

  • Desk mats, monitor stands, light bars, and organizers may ship in separate cartons when ordered together.
  • Small office accessories may be grouped in one package; check the packing slip before reporting a missing item.
  • Powered items should be inspected on arrival and used only with compatible devices and cables listed on the product page.
  • Keep packaging until dimensions, color, material, and included hardware have been checked.
